Welcome to Ann’s Window ~ a suncatcher shop ~. By placing an order through my shop or commission form, you agree to the following terms:

1. 

Handmade Nature

All items are handmade by me and may have slight variations in color, shape, or bead placement. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made with love and intention.

2. 

Processing & Turnaround Time

•Ready-to-ship items usually ship within 3–5 business days.

•Custom orders take 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and my current schedule.

•Rush orders may be available at an additional cost. Please contact me before ordering.

3. 

Payment

•Custom commissions require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable once the design process has begun. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.

•Prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping will be calculated at checkout.

4. 

Shipping

•I currently ship within the United States.

•All orders include tracking.

•Once an item is shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.

5. 

 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

•All sales are final once processing has begun or the item has shipped.

•Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, I’ve likely begun preparing your piece.

•Custom order deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

•If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with clear photos so I can make it right.

Use of Products

My creations are meant for decorative use only. Please keep them out of reach of small children and pets due to small parts.
