•All sales are final once processing has begun or the item has shipped.
•Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, I’ve likely begun preparing your piece.
•Custom order deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
•If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with clear photos so I can make it right.
