🔄 Turnaround Time:

Most suncatchers ship within 3-5 business days, though some pieces may be ready sooner.

Custom commissions typically take 2–4 weeks depending on the design and my current queue.

📦 Shipping Info:

All packages ship from Utah with tracking. I currently ship within the U.S. only.

Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery after dispatch.

🎨 Custom Orders:

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin.

The remaining balance is due before shipping. You’ll receive progress updates and final approval photos.

🛑 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

•All sales are final once processing has begun or the item has shipped.

•Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, I’ve likely begun preparing your piece.

•Custom order deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

•If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with clear photos so I can make it right.
